Worst ever encounter with an insurance company.
By far the worst insurance company I have ever came across, my claim for ALL RISK has been declined because my sim card/cell number was not in the phone when it got damaged. As far as I know I took out insurance on a device not on a cell no or a sim card!!! Very very quick to take your money but when it comes to serving the customer they would rather not do it, because it seems like the cell number or sim card would have saved the phone from breaking, I have never ever in my life heard something stupid like this!

Since 25 November 2020 still no feedback nothing from this company so lets just leave it there, they are very very fast to sell s!@£ to you and take your money but the moment you require assistance they just dont come back to you.
