My name is Thabo .. I bought a new handset at Markhams store.. 2018 and signed up for hollard cellphone insurance the was a problem I didn't go through according to the sales man. Hollrad sold me an insurance through the phone call and I was fine.. apparently it has been deducting double the amount... nw hollard doesn't wanna refund me premun for the year... its playing hide and Sick..
