Waiting 8 Months to pay out claim- Ooba and Guard risk Insurance

Since the beginning of March 2021, I still to date on 14 October struggle to get Ooba to pay out a claim which two assessors recommended the pay out for damaged occurred. After a lot of mails it ended at ombudsman. Monthly I must still pay insurance but still bad service. PRETORIUS - MSA43958 - Claim no. ***2*001*001 Dispute (Ooba and Guard risk Insurance)

All mails and communication is available and assessors reports. So I hope that they will do what is correct and pay out so we can repair damages.
