Very disappointed!!!!!

I recently submitted my insurance claim with Guardrisk with regards to my cellphone with a damaged screen. So after a week, they finally sent a courier to fetch my phone. Its been over week since they took it and still no contact nor update whatsoever with regards to when i can expect to get it back. At that time, I'm a student writing exams, and rely on my phone for updates on course work. I'm really disappointed with you guys, yho!!!!!What scares me are the reviews of clients who got their phones after months!!!
