Useless Insurance - Totally disgusted about the service

Lost my phone on the 21st of July. Basically someone took my phone. I was assisting a customer since I work with customers. Next minute my phone was gone.When I claimed for my phone I had to call these people everyday to find out about the status of my claim. On the 3rd of August I was told my claimed was declined because I left my phone unattended in a public place. I mean really I'm not that dum that I will just leave my phone unattended. It's obviously someone took my phone. I will never ever insure anything with these people. Money making scheme. TOTALLY USELESS INSURANCE.
