Useless insurance

I had insurance with huawei and they declined and said if i want to appeal i should email guardrisk and i have sent 3 emails since the 23rd of april and up to date i haven't received any feedback other than an automated response saying i will contacted before 5 days but now it's been over 10 days, i even called and was told the only way to be assisted is to email and i did but no response, this is poor service because i have never missed any payment but i am treated like this.
