USELESS GAP COVER

When some deals with insurance one is aware that you must provide the company with prove of everything as the insurer will try to get out of paying you what you claim. I'm currently in dispute with Guard risk. After providing them with everything to prove that my claim is legit, they now wants me to get a letter from my medical aid to prove that I'm a member. This is completely illogical. My medical aid approved my procedure. I attached my medical aid statement to my claim (thus I must be a member) but still they try to find away to not pay my claim.

What a disgrace this company is!
