i am so feed up.good news i received the phone after some time.now stuck with another problem.previous other insurance claims when i received a new device had to call mtn to update my policy.this time not so lucky.the staff you employ think they own the company.been calling since yesterday.so i must pay for a device i wont have.so i thought let me email Paula Thekiso Mahlangu which i did,all they do sent email no stands up.we must always complain before any things.thought i can cancel so i will be paying for a phone i dont haveall i want to do is give a new IMEI it is so simply..have had this insurance on my contract for over 6 years.that is what you get for being a good customer.now we have the **** holes......all
