Untruthful Guardrisk

Last year I bought a used car at BB motors which the warranty covered by Guardrisk insurance for 1 year . The car started with problems of not starting on the 8/04 and then called Ford to book the car as I was instructed thawed there is a problem I must take it to the neanest Ford. I tried to contact Guardrisk to no avail until I contacted mfc as the finance and even the numbers of the seller from the dealership is not going through until to date. I managed to get the numbers from MFC that informed me that I must call Alicia from the dealer. Got hold of her but to suprising news that the warranty is expired and she gave me the cell number that is not working as I tried several times. Today is the 30th the car is at Ford and I'm not assisted while warranty was still existing when I tried all the ways to communicate but to no avail. I'm frustrated and depressed as I don't hve a car and the car is still at Ford and need to be paid by me. Please intervene
