UNSATISFIED *****ED WAY OF REJECTING THE CLAIM

October 2018 i bought a bakkie from Auto Investment Centurion I took MM PRE-OWNED WARRANTY & MOTORMEND POWER-UP WARRANTY. The explanation was to service vehicle at approved service centres only for the cover to be active. 2019 towards end March I realised the vehicle has a problem I took it for diagnose they discovered it was differentiaal. I called Guardrisk spoken to Xolisiwe was given a list of approved dealers to choose then towed the vehicle to Geartoria. Communicate with Joshua from Innovation, forwarded the service record. They rep**** with positivity. After they told the dealer they will send the assessor, after the assessor they send an email requesting new disc as the one has expired, after receiving new disc they declined saying vehicle is a tow truck and that could be there was amendments done to the vehicle coz that could be the cause for the diff problem. I asked them what changes did Imade in the engine or for front, and what part, secondly the vehicle is not yet the tow truck is still in the process and even so I dont tow with bakkies I have rollbacks to do the job. So if they need proof of that they must take the vehicle for assessment to see if there was any tempering with the parts and if so they can decline. Another thing I want a clause where it says how the vehicle should be utilised because I dont see it in the policy document. ALL DOCUMENTS THEY REQUIRED THEY GOT EVEN THOUGH THEY WANTED THEM ONE BY ONE LIKE PEOPLE THINKING YOU WONT HAVE WHAT THEY WANT FOR THEM TO HAVE GROUNDS TO REJECT. NOW THEY HAVE NO GROUNDS THEY START SOMETHING THAT IS FAR FROM PROPELLING LOCOMOTION OF THE PARTS OF THE CAR. I am very disappointed and dont understand why they operate this way. If i have known that they will even want the tyres and windscreens to be perfect and the car to be clean to approve the claim for the diff I should have not taken it because looks like they borrowed me the car and its not mine. I never saw the insurance company looking for something that is not part of the contract for the claim.
