Unprofessional, rude, no compassion - STAY AWAY FROM MEDGAP!
MedGap with Guardrisk is the worst product under the sun. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MEDGAP! Other gap covers with Guardrisk has the best service – I am shocked with MedGAP. I am trying to assist my client to claim the CANCER ASSIST benefit (two part benefit) and each claim attempt is first rejected, then you have to appeal and appeal and appeal to get the benefit paid. There is no communication, and if there is, it is a rejection or repudiated sms that is send to the client. NO explanation communication. Unprofessional, rude, no compassion – claiming for cancer benefits is a sensitive time and MedGAP made claiming (still waiting for feedback) unbearable. I will not advise any client on this product ever again.
