Unpaid claims

I’ve been paying this gap cover since 2019 every month without fail. After I’ve had multiple surgeries in September 2023 I submitted my claims in hopes that they will pay the shortfalls from the medical aid. I submitted each and every doc I got from the hospital and from the doctors and filled their online form.

My claims hasn’t been paid till today, mind you when I submitted the claims I was fresh from hospital I couldn’t even type nor hold a pc because of the condition I was in (having gone on multiple surgeries)I was called by someone to add documents I didn’t have, I followed up with the person and I didn’t get any response. I tried to follow up with them again, still no response. This year again in February I wrote them a long email regarding the claims, I got an automated response saying my claims has been process and someone will get back to me and till this day no one got back to me.

I am still paying this company but I’ve never received any assistance from them and I’m thinking of cancelling because there’s zero professionalism when you’re making claims. I still receive emails from the doctors that I owe and this is not fair.
