Unknown policy LHN*** R289

Can someone at guards risk offices contact me immediately ***** occured im seeing unknown deductions in my payslip of 289 i googled the number no response i tried phoning the durban branch they telling me to contact the 011 number that not even going through i need to be refunded back my money for now im only seeing on my november and December payslip need to check at work if they deducted on October please take this matter seriously cause will open a ***** cas and this unknown account to be closed
