Unjustifiable rejection of a valid claim

This complaint is regarding a claim unjustifiable rejected by SA Taxi Insurance Underwriters (Guard Risk Insurance)

I am writing to express extreme disappointment and concern regarding the actions of SA Taxi Insurance Underwriters, managed by Guard Risk Insurance. Despite submitting a legitimate claim, the underwriters have unjustifiably reclaimed the settlement without providing valid reasons or explanations.

The following are my issues:

1. Lack of transparency and communication in the claims process. 2. Unjustified reclamation of a settled claim without valid reasons. 3. Potential breach of insurance regulations and policies.

Taxi SA insurance is a **** and my advice is that taxi industry should avoid this insurance by all means.
