UNFAIR PRACTISE

I took out a policy in good faith from Onespark after the agent assured me that I will be covered. I then went on to claim only to have my claim denied. I lodged a complaint that was sent to Guardrisk for, I assume, assessment. They never made contact with me to interview me and only sided with Onespark. Apparently does my opinion mean nothing to Guardrisk. Their practise is unfair and one-sided which also indicates a purely money-making scheme. I will now have to resort to legal aid. Please avoid Onespark and Guardrisk all together.
