********* and displeasing service

I'm starting to think this whole company is a ****. After so many years of insuring with them the first time I make a claim, they decline it furthermore reason for it being declined is invalid. I went on and appealed for the claim since then I still didn't get feedback just ********* and displeasing service from company and its consultants. I need my matter further escalated. This is genuinely unfair and wrong in so many ways.
