Unaddressed Warranty Cancellation & Disputed Refund – Ignoring Signed Policy

I am lodging this review due to the complete lack of action regarding a simple question I asked due to a cancellation request and a subsequent refund dispute, despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter.

I have cancelled a mechanical warranty within the contract boundaries of a cooling-off period. I presented a question to Guardrisk on this matter of what their cooling-off terms entail (Guardrisk being the underwriters), and instead of presenting me with an answer, my question was just forwarded to the 3rd party, already ignoring my dispute.
