Unacceptable service

I have submitted a retrenchment claim for my RCS Card in November 2024 it was approved in December 2024.... up to date no payment has been made for December and January... I have called numerous times and I am being chased by RCS daily for payment..... I have called today as I was promised payment would be mad only to be told it will be escalated they are unable to see on there end if payment has been made.... further to this my credit profile is in a negative light and i have been left with no answers.... I am told there was a payment delay in Janauary however this was never advised until I received calls from RCS enquiring.... this is unacceptable service.
