So,is this the norm for you?To tell people that you'll be in contact with them just to shut them up and never get back to them and then do what you do best,continue ******** people and never answer calls and emails.You lie on here to to do damage control and then it's business as usual on your side....The incompetence and customer service skills are on another level,absolutely staggering.Really the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company.Give me all my money back!!!
