they took debit order for 3years
hi they took from my account a debit order for more than 3 years for a insurance for a car now we want to claim because we cant pay our instalment for our car now they say sorry the car that your insures was on a car we sold more than 3 years ago and now they just say we will lost all that money already paid and now i must just cancelled the policy . please what stand me to do please .
