THE WORST INSURANCE. DON'T BE FOOLED.

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. This comes after the event of this insurance declining insurance claim on a cell phone. They tell you that the claim will take long if there's outstanding information of which obviously there's outstanding information as they don't include everything on the claim form. They literally as you 1 question a day posing as outstanding information for 2 WHOLE WEEKS! They sent me up and down to have my phone assessed and receive a report at MTN only to find out that they is no such a thing at MTN they book in warranty phone only.

After countless calls and pressing that I need a phone to work and continue day to day activities, they decline stating that my sim card was not in the phone. MY SIMCARD WAS IN THE PHONE!, I removed after the incident into another phone so that I can communicate with mtn regarding insurance. Furthermore no where was it stipulated that I am not covered for non sim in phone, neither was I given a copy of the contract (hardcopy or email) that states that there's no cover for an instance of sim being removed from phone !.

IM A YOUNG LADY, TRYINF TO MAKE LIFE, ALREADY SURROUNDED BY **** CIRCUMSTANCES IN THIS COUNTRY , BEST BELIEVE A COMPANY LIKE GUARD RISK WILL MAKE THAT WORSE FOR YOU , AND BLATANTLY ***** YOUR MONEY. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YIU ALREADY INSURED BY THIS COMPANY CANCEL YOUR COVER NOW !!!!!

I HOPE THAT MTN CAN DISASSOCIATE FROM THIS COMPANY ,ITS ABLSOLUTE GARBAGE AND AS AN MTN CUSTOMER I AM SO DIGUSTED AND TRAUMATIZED !
