Terrible service and assistance

I logged a co-payment claim on 13th March 2017. Only after calling in 4 days later speaking to Johnny was my claim number ********** 9 loaded reference number

I received an sms the 17th for outstanding documents which were sent via email the same day...once again no feedback. I called again 22nd March and Shana told me it was the wrong document so I obtained the correct one from the medical aid and sent it off.

Monday 27th March still no feedback so I called again spoke to Kagiso who told me they need a different document she needed proof of co-payment from medical aid. I obtained it we even emailed my broker Regina Sello for this. I again obtained and advised as per discovery where to look and how the statement worked.

Still nothing

The 30th March I called again spoke to Johnny again nothing has been done he will escalate it to technician and advise the outcome.

I go back to hospital 5th April with a co-payment again and need to pay and book Monday 3rd April but Admed has done nothing. Do you think people just have R4000 lying around??? Due to non-compliance of 7 - 10 days pay-out. Me constantly calling I may have to cancel my hospitalisation thank you Admed way to kick a sick person down.

Friday 31st March 15h57 I get an sms again with outstanding documentation

I have submitted the medical aid itemised billing 9 times what more do you want from me

Funny on submission of your claim you only ask for the following documentation – which has been submitted but no pay-out

Pre-authorisation letter Proof of payment Hospital account

Still NO RESPONSE

Pathetic I pay on time yet get treated like this its horrific and every year getting worse

Absolutely disappointing

My other claimed emailed in 22nd March 2017 for shortfall has to date not been registered at all.
