Stay Away from Gaurdrisk insurance if you want peace in your life

I had a cellphone insurance underwritten by gaurdrisk via MTN. i Cancelled my insurance however they still bill me.i have called the call center and they taking me me up and down,and the worst thing is that the billing happens on their system with nothing being debited from my account as i have blocked them but that money keeps accumulating and on my credit it has put me on default now i cannot buy a house or anything on credit.The accumulation of this money is rather absurd because insurance cancels it self when you dont pay it.

i have even lodged a complaint with the ombudsman. I will would advise people to stay away from it. The call center agent are not helpful , they never have a supervisor whom you can ecsalate the issue with.
