Shortfalls for 2014 still not paid!!!

<br> Had a difficult pregnancy in 2014 & was hospitalised 3/4 times. We unfortunately lost baby at 5months and thereafter Drs statements started coming in requesting shortfalls from my medical aid. I contacted my medical aid and they explained how payments were made and sent a statement.<br> <br> I forwarded every document mentioned on the claim form & everytime I asked for feedback from Guardrisk I was given the run around. They always sent me back to my Dr or Medical Aid for information they already had.<br> On 13/8/2015 was my last encounter with them after emailing a telephonic reference number with my medical aid consultant regarding PMBs and Payments/Shortfalls. <br> <br> I am frustrated and still waiting for a response.
