SA TAXI used false information to decline my claim

On the 28th of March 2024 my business vehicle was involved in an accident a Alexandre Mall, my vehicle was insured with SA TAXI policy NO: 378769, claim NO: 378769/1. On the day of the incident my driver was about to exit the taxi rank as the taxi was load to its full legal capacity, the taxi was traveling on a very sharp declining ramp towards the exit coming from level two of the rank. Numerous complaints and accidents have been expressed regarding the sharp decline of the ramp. while on this ramp my driver felt the taxi lose its ability to stop and opted to use the pillars on the sidewalls to stop the vehicle from further going down, which to me was very clever of him as he managed to save the passengers and pedestrian life's. After I had been informed of the incident, I called SA TAXi to lodge a claim. my vehicle was then taken for assessment twice by two different assessors. I then asked for the assessment report from both assessors unfortunately they refused to provide me with the report together with the quotation. my claim was denied without proof of the brake failure report. the information given by the assessors was very inaccurate because my driver had recently had new breaks installed and serviced. Am not satisfied with the outcome of the claim as proof of brake failure maintenance has not been provided to me because it does not exist, this is just a tactic used by sa taxi to avoid to payout my claim
