Rodel SA and Renault are **********

Renault - Lionel Motors and Rodel SA under Guardrisk limited are **********. The dealership forged and changed my contact details last year 03 July 2019 when I was getting a Kwid expression with them. They kept my declaration form which I signed but filled in everything else by hand and discarded the filled in form that I had filled in and sent to them. I had an accident on 03 July 2020 only to get my claim rejected by the insurance Rodel SA as a result of a lapsed policy. I was not aware that my policy had lapsed as I had never gotten any reminder. The email address that Rodel used is non existent. I am quite disappointed at the fact that they were not bothered by the fact that they can't get ahold of me as their client. When I enquired with Lionel Motors Rustenburg, I found out that both the manager and the sales executive who assisted me in getting that car no longer work there. To my surprise the present manager is dismissive to my queries and claims that it's my responsibility to make sure that my personal information was correct. I asked him how when I gave the dealership my correct information.

I have been paying for a car that I don't have for four months now. It's frustrating that such a company could have it's workers do such a thing that has affected my life and finances in such a way.

I would never recommend Renault and Rodel to anyone else ever. They are a group of **********. I am very disappointed with what their workers are doing. It bugs me to think what else they are capable of doing.

This insurance and dealership should pay up my car because they have caused me this misfortune by forging my contact details.
