I bought 2 phones at Mr Price Northgate in 2019. I was told to take insurance with them (Guardrisk insurance. My 2 phones got ******/lost whilst I had visitors at home. I was advised to get affidavit from police station and get the phones blocked, of which I did. To my surprise my claim was rejected due to negligence. My phones got ****** when they were left charging by the kitchen counter. I was advised that I should have locked my phone in a safe or hide them because I had black visitors at home. This insurance is ******. Cancel them if you can ride away if you are a black person.
