Pregnant Brain - Guardrisk refuse to pay out

I lost my phone on the 29th February by accidently placing it on top of my car roof whilst trying to move things from the passenger seat so I could sit down. We drove off and when we got down the road we realized what I had done, went back and it had unfortunately already been picked up and ******. I am pregnant and have lately found myself slightly absent minded as a result of it. Everyone knows pregnant woman, whether it's your mother, sister, and friend or partner our brains get a little mushy during the pregnancy. This is very out of character for me. I have never made a claim for a new cellphone and if a character reference was given by anybody that knows me, they would tell Guardrisk that I look after my property and would never claim under false pretenses. I feel completely conned by MTM insurance and Guardrisk for coming to the conclusion that I should not be entitled to claim for a new cellphone because I was honest in saying that I left it on the roof of my vehicle. Any doctor would confirm the theory of 'pregnancy brain' and that maybe our actions are a little more negligent than the majority of the time when we are not pregnant. I am greatly disappointed in the result
