Poor service

If I could it would be no star. Going in for 9th day without a geyser. Adult Evaluation center for disabled people that is closed down because of no water because of no water as stop tap connected to geyser. Insurance company not prepared to sent out an assessor to do a decent evaluation for transfer of geyser within safety measures. They sent out a company they had no idea of safety measures, spent most of there time messaging and arrived without equipment. This company also wanted to take short cuts informing us nicely that certain tasks were not there's causing that the work is still not started on day 8. Calls and calls but no service. Two holes in the walls and ******* on the property and nothing else. So called plumbers left Saturday morning. Another wait.
