Poor and misleading service of Gaurdrisk n MTN

I have a cellphone contract with MTN for a IPhone 13 when the insurance product was sold to me I was told the phone is insured for all risk by Guardrisk insurance I feel this is misleading to consumers.the phone was ****** while on charge in a room behind a close door and there was a party by my sister's house.i did all the necessary requirements requested by Guardrisk.I was contacted to say they need the box for capacity purposes I informed MTN immediately that the box is either lost or misplaced.After numerous calls to Guardrisk I was told they need the box for the IME number.If you phone their office they don't answer the phone after several days I finally spoke to one of the consultants and after that we leased via email they also take their own response time my claim was declined due to negligence which is bull they finally sent me a clause of contract that stated your phone could not charge unattended even in your workplace.so where must you charge your phone outside.They don't cover theft so what kind of loss do they cover will that also be negligent?I feel they are looking for technitalities to decline claims and when you are offered this product they say its covered for everything .This is misleading don't insure with Gaurdrisk
