Poor after service

I am extremely disappointed in the post service of the service provided that came out earlier in the year. They reject calls, dont respond to messages and make empty promises. Iv been waiting for a week to get a report or an invoice from AB plumbing. Arvesh keeps saying he will get to it. I expressed the urgency of this and still noting. Momentum please do proper screening for your service providers as this is a poor reflection on the insurance company
