Policy Cancellation

<p>These ************ have been taking my money by debit order every month. Upon trying to cancel it, I get no reply via email. Worse than that, their call service is entirely a ****. I'm convinced there is no one to actually speak to, since I've phoned around 15 times and every single time I'm greeted with, "We are inundated with calls. A consultant will answer your call as soon as one becomes available." This happens regardless of time of day, day of week or any realistic circumstance. I'm fed up with this and will be instructing ABSA to reverse their debit order whenever it is put through.</p>
