Please help.

On the 25th of July I sent an email to Guardrisk regarding my appeal to MTN declining my account. Two months have past and I haven’t received any feedback on my appeal. Now I’ve sent Buhle from guardrisk several emails and I’ve called several times as well but I always get told she’s in a meeting or that she would get back to me. How do I go about getting feedback from her or anybody at Guardrisk.
