Platinum life won't cancel debit order

Good day My bank is cannot stop the debit order from going off my account. I told you guys that I am unemployed and you are still deducting my account? Can you please stop it as now I am forced to change bank account due to this. I don't even know what I am paying for as I did not receive any policy documenta from you guys. Can you please cancel this debit order
