Pathetic, unrel, useless company!!!

I submitted 2 claims with this insuarance company with no full response from them. They keep on saying they will get back to me asking for documents that I have already sent to them I'm really tired I am the one to keep following up on them every time I call they will promise to get back to me of which it doesn't happen, I keep on paying for the insuarance every month that does not assist me in anyway you guys are unreliable I'm really disappointed in you I trusted this insuarance company but all I get is disappointment .
