Pathetic insurance
Useless insurance. I was a client for 8 years. A week before Christmas we had a huge storm. My garage roof got damaged by hail. My claim was declined because of a design flaw according to them. My question is, how the hell was I supposed to know there was a design flaw. I am not a engineer/ builder. Why was the insurance granted 8 years ago when I bought the property . Surely the building you isured need to be inspected by the insurance companies. They would have noticed then that there was a design flaw. I would have got the problem fixed. Gaurdrisk are ******* . For 8 years they have been eating my money. I wonder how much money they ****med from other customers as well.

They still maintain that the property are not inspected, when you apply for a home insurance. They found a loophole to ***** their customers. After 8 years with them I cancelled my policy. Good riddance of bad *******.
