Over billing - Refund agreed to But no one paid!! Shocker

Recurring issue of being over billed on my policy - I have two policies on one device! You guys have promised me refund and it’s been three weeks now! I am now billed again for July statement on MTN without having been refunded and I won’t settle that bill till you guys do your job and refund me all the outstanding money for the past three months! Get one of your operators to call me because this is unacceptable service!
