ooba Buildings Protector – Reference Number B***- ****py service at Claims

Took Ooba / Guardrisk Insurance via my bond originator for the house. With the recent rainfall I noticed water patches on the ceiling next to the fireplace that indicates that the roof might be leaking. Logged a Claim- It took 3 weeks for the Claims Assessors to come (apparently, he went to a wrong address twice) , The assessor came in the 1st week of January, disappeared and the company never said anything till I followed up today- The useless claims agent kept me on hold for close to 15 mins- came back and told me the claim is rejected ... left me holding and never bothered to explain the claims rejection reasons. Sebastion at Customer Care was very help - Claims department agent ( Tshilidzi)'s attitude stinks!!! so disappointed!
