NOT POSSIBLE TO RESOLVE CLAIM
My husband died in a car accident 2,5 years ago. <br> <br> Despite numerous attempts by myself and my broker to contact your administrator (Strategic Insurance Systems) to resolve this insurance claim I have not heard back from you. You have collected premiums on this insurance and now that I'm asking you to resolve his claim you are simply not responding to the matter.<br> <br> Your handling of this matter is unfair & unprofessional.<br> I have sought legal advise, lodged a complaint with the ombudsman.
