no where to be found

This is the insurance that fone choice is using for my laptop. When fone choice failed to give me asnwers. I called them but their phones don't get answered. I emailed their managers but none of them responded or even sent someone junior to attend to this,just to show that they care about their customers and not only about their money. I am really disappointed about these 2companies.
