No service, no feedback, cirlcles around all the time

DO NOT take your house insurance with this *********** company. YOU WILL sit without power in your house due to roof leaks for 3 weeks before you get a phone call asking if you "came right". Simply declining to get the roof fixed. Sending out a "assessor" who had a look at the roof, claiming it can't be fixed as it's a problem that needs a structural fix and was built wrong in the first place. Funny how we got Dr. Roof out and they fixed the problem within 1 hour which OOBA SHOULD BE LIABLE for the costs!!! (15.05.21)

All our premiums has been money thrown down the drain - as we now have a geyser problem and after 30 mins phone call no one still competent to just sort the problems out or take action. You always get diverted all the time every time and then the lines drop. We had a plumber sent out last night to assess, he said he will be here in 2 minutes. that became 30 minutes - not sure if people do not understand how time or timing works. i CRINGE to think what would happen if the house burn down - we will be left on the street for weeks before someone will assist. Stay away.
