No response to emails

I recently got retrenched so I app**** for my retrenchment claim for my credit at Capitec Bank which is being administered by Guardrisk. First of all they declined my claim for one loan prior to them receiving the complete documents which I was awaiting from the employer, I then queried the outcome with Capitec and they referred me to Guardrisk and requested that I sent my query to their complaints department which I did but only got an auto reply, so I waited for them to get back to me as per auto reply and that did not happen. I then sent another query and still no response to date.
