No response!

I send a claim through. 3 months ago. 3 weeks later after I requested a response they said I don't have a policy for scratch and dent only for mechanical. I then same day submitted the insurance policy as proof that I indeed have a scratch and Dent policy with them as well. I have since then send numerous emails asking for a response. Made plenty phone calls and nobody has come back to me. They just ignore me! They are the insurance company through We buy cars when you purchase a vehicle through them, how does a massive company like WBC do business with a company like this!
