no response

A star is even more than what they deserve. I still have not even received a phone call or a lousy email. I am making sure non of my family or even anyone I come across will support this business. I'm in a customer service industry and I meet a lot of people and I'm definitely telling about the pathetic service. My business is definitely going somewhere else where they care and treat customers better.
