no response

my son was involved in a car and s****** accident on the 28/01/2017. he was then taken to the hospital by an ambulance where he was attended to in my absence and x-rays were taken. on receipt of my short payments of my account, I submitted to admed guardrisk for the gap payment policy we have at work. since i submitted my claim on the 24/02 and the paperwork requested, everytime i call to follow up on my claim, htere's never anyone who replies the calls at the call center. i have been listening to the answering machines and now i am worried that the short paid bills are not paid and the service providers are enquiring about their outstanding bills. i am not happy with not being able to talk to a consultant to get feedback on my claims. this has been happening for a month that when i call the callcentre i only get answering machine. i am very disappointed in the non-service i'm getting from admed.
