No payment relief assistance during covid-19 crisis
Tried to get payment relief from them but to no avail. I have been laid off since I work in the travel industry and we will only receive funds from the government relief fund. All other debits have been given a payment relief but I was advised today that there is no payment holiday plan available for my credit shortfall policy with Barloworld and guardrisk. Disappointed in the service.
