No claim reference allocation

Under my Admed Primary option, and policy ***5, I am qualified to make a claim on the co payment. I submitted the relevant documentations on Wednesday , following the response that I will get feedback within 7 to 10 days. Following to this response, there has been no allocation of the claim reference number. If you are going to play hard on me, I will not hesitate to report you to the Ombudsman. I am very clear on it. Thus Covid-19 should NEVER be your excuse to stall anything ranging from capturing the claims - it takes one day, assessing the claim takes another 1 day, assessing the validity of documentations takes another one day, and finalising the claim takes another one day and paying out the allocated amount takes another one day. So average is between 5 - 7 days.

Reviewer Update
Good day, I am still not satisfied for the lack of handling my claim. I will be reporting my complaint to the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance by the following Friday after 7 to ten days time frameline, because I am sitting with no claim reference number since from Wednesday 2 June, and I am counting till ten days which means the deadline is by 16 June 2021.
