Yes, it is up to the traveler to make sure he/she reads the policy wording, but any insurer not covering airline cancellations or countries denying entry to South Africans due to Covid is just bad service. A travel insurer not showing that compassion for their clients, should not operate in the insurance business. Simple as that.
