My capital payments have not been taken into consideration in their calculation for my shortfall claim.

I have insurance with guard risk (Adminstered by Profusion Administrators). I have an issue with the manner in which my shortfall claim has been handled by profusion administrators. The basis of the calculation for the claim is incorrect. Profusion refused to acknowledge the fact that I was owning less on unspecified extra's as I had paid of the car for a period of two years and refuses to adjust this in their calculation sheet. A credit shortfall insurance should be based on what I am owing at the date of loss and not on the original invoice price. My capital payments have not been taken into consideration in their calculation, specifically for the unspecified extra's.
