MTN/GUARDRISK Insurance is a HUGE ****!!!!!!

MTN/Guardrisk Insurance is a ****!!!!!! Good Day I am highly annoyed and disappointed in the service i have recieved from MTN Insurance. I have had my tablet insured with them for YEARS and have not claimed. My tablet was ****** and i had to claim, i followed all the channels and got everything that was necessary. But now im being annoyed by MTN insurance telling me their is a descrepancy between the IMEI numbers WHICH makes 0 sense because i have only ever bought and insured my tablet with MTN, so too me it seems like they are looking for any reason not to honour the claim.
